(Harlan) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released its’ arrest report from December 17 thru December 29.
Deputies arrested 41-year-old Bryan Christopher Heller, of Kirkman, IA, on December 17, following a traffic stop, in Kirkman. Authorities transported Heller to the Shelby County Jail and charged him with Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations – Intent of Injury, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Prohibited Acts Penalties, Interference with Official Acts Inflicting Bodily Injury, disarming a Peace Officer, driving while barred, and Failure to Maintain or use of a Safety Belt.
Deputies arrested 25-year old Dillon Michael Knudsen, of Logan, on December 19, following a traffic stop on Hwy 59. Officers transported Knudsen to the Shelby County Jail and charged him with OWI 1st Offense and Speeding.
Deputies arrested 33-year old George Adam Summers of Excelsiors Springs, Missouri, on December 20, following a traffic stop at Hwy 59 and 2300th St. Officers transported Summers to the Shelby County Jail and charged him with Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Person Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapons, and Speeding.
Deputies arrested 46-year old Robert Anthony Staiert of Harlan on December 22, following an investigation of a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 Block of Linden Rd. Officers transported Staiert to the Shelby County Jail and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Deputies arrested 36-year old Tiffanie Ann Newcomb of Kirkman on December 23, following a call for service in the 1500 block of Cheyenne Ave in Harlan. Officers transported Newcomb to the Shelby County Jail and charged him with Theft 1st Degree and Driving While Barred.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 53-year old Darren Keith Webster of Elk Horn, on December 26, on an active Shelby County Warrant for Failing to Appear on a charge of Public Intoxication.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 23-year old Sara Ann Cooper of Harlan following a traffic stop on December 29. Deputies transported Cooper to the Shelby County Jail on a charge of OWI, 1st offense, and speeding.
Deputies arrested 27-year old Wyatt Lee Canfield, of Harlan, on December 29, following a traffic stop. Deputies transported Canfield to the Shelby County Jail and charged him with Driving While his License is Suspended and Speeding.
