(Guthrie Co.) The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two vehicle accident on Friday, September 18 at approximately 12:17 pm. The accident happened at the intersection of Justice Road and 130th Street south of Bayard. One fatality was reported and a second person was transported to the Guthrie County Hospital.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Bayard Fire Department, Bagley Fire Department, Panora Ambulance, EMA, Bayard First Responders and the Iowa State Patrol.
The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the accident.
The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office has no further information at this time.
