(Creston) Creston Police arrested three people in separate incidents on Wednesday.
Police arrested 32-year old Cody Reese Craig of Creston on two counts of Operating a Vehicle without the owner’s consent and Driving while Suspended. Police transported Craig to the Union County Jail and released him after posting bond.
Creston Police arrested 34-year old Jessica Renee Swietlik of Mt Ayr at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Driving While Barred. Officers transported Swietlik to the Adams County Jail and held her on a $2000 cash-only bond.
Police arrested 43-year old Brady Gale Richert of Creston at the Union County Jail on two- warrants for a Probation Violation on original charges OWI 2nd offense. Authorities transported Richert to the Union County Jail and held him on a $4000 cash-only bond.
