(Panora) — The Knoxville Panthers won the Hal Rossow Invitational on Friday afternoon with a team score of 315 — Webster City was 2nd with a 327 and the hometown Panorama Panthers were third with a 336. Interstate 35 was 4th (342); Audubon 5th (349); Martensdale St. Mary’s 6th (359); Coon Rapids Bayard 7th (362); Woodward Granger 8th (363); West Central Valley 9th (379); and AC/GC rounded out the field in 10th (408).
Slade White of the Blue Devils was the medalist with an even par 72; Peter Nagel of I-35 was the runner up with a 75 (+3).
Bryce Dawes of Panorama was 5th with a (+5) 77 which included an eagle 3 on the part 5 2nd hole. Other scores for the Panthers: Brayden Galvan 85 (13th), Casey Young 85 (15th), Cole Carstens 89 (25th), Mason Cates 96, Jaxson Stauffer 97
Brock Taylor of West Central Valley finished 6th with a 79 — also for the Wildcats Dylan Abbott shot a 91, Bryce Vigon 99, and Ben Howey a 110.
Sayer Bireline-Huss of AC/GC finished 10th with a 81 with two birdies — in addition for the Chargers Preston Kent shot a 105, Easton Gettler 106, Ryne Noland 116, and Ryan Martens 132.
Audubon’s low round went to Landon Yager with an 85 and was in 14th place. Sullivan McClain was in 18th with a 86, Henry Burr 19th with an 87, Hudson Hocker 31st with a 91, Aiden Kjergaard a 98, and Ryan Hermansen a 100.
Max Shirboun had the best round for CRB with an 87 and finished in 20th place.
