Montgomery County Man Arrested on Assault and Weapons Charges

(Red Oak) A Red Oak man is in custody at the time of this release following an incident in the 100 block of East Prospect Street.

Police arrested 40-year-old Jacob Wayne Dykes-Vargas, for Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon-1st Offense.

Authorities transported Dykes-Vargas to the Montgomery County Jail and held him without bond, awaiting an appearance before a Magistrate Judge.
