(Red Oak, IA) — On Friday at 3:45 pm, 66 year old David Scroggins of Red Oak was arrested on the charge of simple assault in the 1800 block of East Summit St. Scroggins was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on $300 bond.
