(Greenfield) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Carroll; Iowa man on two Guthrie County Warrants.
Deputies arrested 51-year old Ronald Lynn Becker on December 23, on warrants for Violating a Contact Order, and Domestic Abuse Assault/2nd Offense. Deputies transported Becker to the Adair County Jail and held him on a $300.00 cash-only bond. Deputies arrested Becker at the Chuckwagon Restaurant in Adair, after a deputy clocked him driving 71 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. A motorist’s tip led law enforcement to the restaurant where they found the vehicle in the parking lot.
Adair County Deputies arrested 49-year old Eddie Dewayne Goodman on December 23, for Assault with Injury, and 3rd Degree Criminal Mischief. Goodman caused damage to an officer’s cruiser and head-butted a deputy.
Authorities released Goodman on December 23, on his own recognizance.
