(Creston) Creston Police arrested 31-year old Brooke Marie Carter of Creston on Friday at her residence for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense methamphetamine and violation of a no-contact order. Officers transported Carter to the Union County Jail. Authorities later released her on a promise to appear.
Police arrested 41-year old Justin Alan Robertson, of Creston on Friday at Mills and Vine Streets. Authorities charged Robertson with possession of a controlled Substance 2nd offense (marijuana). Officers transported Robertson to the Union County Jail and later released him on bond.
Creston Police arrested 38-year old Lee Ryan Fowler of Creston on Friday for violation of a no-contact order and obstruction of Emergency Communication. Authorities transported Fowler to the Union County Jail and released him on a Promise to Appear.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 77-year old Richard Lee Ray of Creston for Domestic Abuse Assault. Police transported Ray to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond until a magistrate judge could see him.
