(Creston) Creston Police report six arrests over the weekend.
Police arrested 36-year old Michael Scott Walton of Clearfield on Friday at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center. The arrest stemmed from three Union County Warrants for a Probation Violation, on the original charges of Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree, Theft 4th Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Offense Class D Felony, and Theft 1st Class C Felony. Officers transported Walton to the Adams County Jail. They held him on a $22,000 cash bond.
Police arrested 31-year old Tonya Elizabeth Tindle of Clearfield at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for Probation Violation, on an original charge of a controlled substance violation Class C Felony. Officers transported Tindle to the Dallas County Jail. They held her on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
Police arrested 19-year old Steven Shane Mills, 19, of Kent, for Driving While Suspended. Police cited Mills and released him from a Promise to Appear scene.
Police arrested 37-year old Ezra Brown II of Clearfield at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for Theft 5th Degree. Police released Brown on a $300 cash or surety bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 29-year old Micah William Denman of Ankeny for Domestic Abuse Assault-Strangulation, Obstruct E911, and False Imprisonment. The Magistrate Judge released Denman on a $6,300 cash or surety bond.
Police arrested 37-year old Matthew Charles Parsons Shannon City on Sunday for Operating Under the Influence 1st Offense. Authorities released Parsons on a $1000 cash or surety bond.
