(Guthrie Co.) An Indianola man was injured Saturday afternoon in a motorcycle vs deer accident in Guthrie County.
The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office says 37-year-old Brad Archer was driving a 2019 Indian Scout motorcycle eastbound on Highway 44 when he struck a deer.
Archer fell from the motorcycle, which came to rest in the middle of the highway.
Panora EMS transported Archer for treatment before he was flown by Life Flight to Mercy Hospital. He was treated for head, stomach and arm injuries.
