(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 40-year-old Jesse Ray Nelson of Red Oak following a report of a stolen fuel tank from a boat.
Red Oak Police conducted a search warrant at 507 ½ E. Washington Avenue in Red Oak, which led to Nelson’s arrest.
Officers transported Jesse Nelson to the Montgomery County Jail on charges of 5th-degree theft and 5th-degree criminal mischief for damaging and defacing the fuel tank.
Authorities held Nelson on a $500.00 bond.
