Final Results from Class 1A Regional Final as BCLUW Earns Team Victory

(Anita, IA) – At the Crestwood Hills golf course in Anita, multiple local girls got their ticket to the state tournament. Winning overall as a team was BCLUW who shot a 378 overall in first while Newell-Fonda shot a 397. Sidney was able to finish in third while shooting a 410, Mount Ayr was able to earn fourth with a 416, and St. Albert shot a team score of 424 in fifth. Coming in sixth was Riverside with 458 and ACGC finished with 511.

Mount Ayr’s Jaylee Shaffer was able to earn first place overall with a score of 76 while Addy Boell was the runner-up for Glidden-Ralston with an 82. Lindsay Beeghly for BCLUW shot an 83 in third while Riverside’s Addison Brink will be heading to state after shooting an 86 in fourth. Griswold’s Joanna Reynolds was able to earn fifth with an 89 for Griswold, Grace Erickson of Newell-Fonda shot an 89 alongside in sixth, and South Hamilton’s Abby Adamski shot an 89 and will be headed to state.
