(Des Moines) Two teenagers are charged for allegedly being involved in a drive-by shooting yesterday. They are charged with second-degree theft and interference with official acts. Des Moines Police reported to a shooting outside Jim’s Coney Island on 9th Street SW. Witnesses were able to help officers locate the car, which they discovered was stolen. No one was injured, and law enforcement is continuing to investigate.
