(Anita, IA) — Cameron Way will soon know the way to the state golf tournament. The Sophomore became the first golfer in Tri Center history — girls or boys — to qualify for the state tournament finishing in 5th place with an 89. It was not an easy day playing the hilly Crestwood Hills Golf Course with very windy conditions — bogey golf was the goal for the ladies as Way bogeyed her first four holes starting on number 9. She got two pars and only had one crooked number on her scorecard — getting an 8 on the par 5 5th hole. However, she had three pars around that hole on numbers 4, 6, and 7.
