(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported multiple arrests over the past week.
Dakota Lynn Girouex, 28, of Villisca was arrested on April 10th on the charges of Interference with Official Acts, Reckless Driving, Eluding – Speeding Over the Limit 2nd, and Driving while Barred. Girouex was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
John Mark Topham, 31, of Griswold, turned himself into the Cass County Sheriff’s Office on April 13th on Cass County Warrants for two counts of Violation of Probation and one count of Nuisance-Obstruction of Land Passage. Topham was booked into the Cass County Jail and was released on bond.
Joshua Kenneth Wolcott, 38, of Griswold, was arrested on April 13th on the charge of Driving While Barred. Wolcott was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Dylan Michael Moody, 31, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on April 14th on the charge of Driving while Barred and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Moody was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later transferred to another agency.
Ricky Lee Roby, 70, of Lewis, was arrested on April 15th on a Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Roby was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
John Phillip-Smart Vasquez, 22, of Atlantic, was arrested on April 16th on a Cass Count Warrant for Contempt-Violation of No Contact Order. Vasquez was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Nicholas Wayne Miles, 49, of Lewis, was arrested on April 19th on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Miles was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
