Shirley Hosfelt passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024.
Mass of Christian Burial: Will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Massena with burial in the St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery. A luncheon will be at the church following the burial. The Lamb Funeral Home in Massena is in charge of the professional arrangements. Open Visitation: Will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Massena. To celebrate her Irish Roots please wear green to the visitation.
Rosary Service: Will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Massena.
Family Visitation: The family will greet friends on Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Massena.
Memorials: Memorials may be directed to the Shirley Hosfelt Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
Survivors: She is survived by her four children, Brenda Hosfelt of LaVista, Nebraska, Michael Hosfelt (Mary) of Massena, Christina Carothers (Alan) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Bill Hosfelt (Angela) of Greenfield; sister, Donna Martin (Ron) of Greenfield; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
