(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 37-year-old Brandon Lee Gugenhan of Red Oak on a fifth-degree theft charge. The arrest stemmed from a reported shoplifting incident. Police transported Gugenhan to the Montgomery County Jail without incident and held him on a $300.00 bond.
