She moved to Fort Dodge in 2004 and started working at what is now Elanco Animal Health where they make animal vaccines. She just celebrated her 20th anniversary with the company this year.
Jennifer loved to travel, whether it was with her brother Justin to Supernatural TV show conventions, with her sister Jamie to go lay on a beach or to take her mother to play with sloths or to Graceland, she loved spending time with family. She traveled all over the US to attend heavy metal shows, her favorites being Slipknot and Halestorm.
Jennifer was also the co-commissioner of her fantasy football team. Her love for her Indianapolis Colts knew no boundaries. All of her family and friends waited on Colts game days with bated breath to find out on Facebook whether she loved football (when the Colts won) or she hated football (when the Colts lost).
She passed away on September 25, 2024, at UNMC. She chose to be a full organ donor. She is preceded in death by her father, Dale, grandparents: Fred and Arlene Holtz, and Vaughn and Veda Clark; Aunt Mary Davenport.
Survived by Mother Debra Holtz (Gus Pansegrau), sister Jamie Holtz, Brother Justin (Kayla) Holtz, nephew Alexander Holtz, fur babies Blue and Lzzy, special friend Gary Eddington, aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends, family, coworkers and Fantasy Football teammates.
