Essex Man arrested following an accident in Red Oak

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 27-year old Daniel Brian Foote of Essex following a Red Oak crash this morning.

According to police, the accident happened at around 12:19 a.m. in the 100 block of E. Cherry Street. Officer’s arrested Foote for OWI and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail. He was held on a $2,000 bond.

In another case, the Police arrested 31-year old Dylan Thomas Griffth of Red Oak for 5th Degree Criminal Mischief. Officer’s transported him to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is being held on a $300 bond.
