(Montgomery Co.) A Red Oak man was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine 2nd Offense. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Jeffrey Allan Martin was arrested following a traffic stop at 2nd Street and Market Street in Red Oak at 12:18 this (Tuesday) morning. Martin was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $2,000 bond.
