(Montgomery County) — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on Monday afternoon arrested 28 year old Dakota Lynn Girouex of Villisca, IA on a warrant for trafficking in stolen weapons; burglarly 3rd degree — motor vehicle; and theft in 4th degree. The defendant was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on $5,000 bond.
This is not the first arrest for the suspect this year — Girouex was arrested earlier this month on Friday, April 10th by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office on charges of interference with official acts, reckless driving, eluding while speeding over the limit (second offense), and driving while barred.
