(Red Oak) Montgomery County Deputies arrested a Red Oak man following an accident on 110th Street and N. Avenue.
Deputies responded to the call at around 11:02 p.m. and determined a westbound 2000 Subaru Outback driven by Roger Dean Cook crossed the opposite lane of traffic. It went into the ditch and struck a power line pole snapping it in half, and hit a barbed wire fence before coming to rest.
Deputies arrested Cook for possession of drug paraphernalia and OWI charges pending a drug screen.
Deputies transported Cook to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $300 bond.
