(Atlantic) The Senior Alumni Scholarship Foundation encourages the senior alumni of Atlantic High School, through their contributions, to honor the school that gave them their educational start.
The organization established a scholarship fund to provide scholarships for graduating seniors of Atlantic High School. The foundation board approved three $2,500 scholarships to the Class of 2022.
Since 2003, the foundation’s total scholarship contributions have totaled $175,580. To date, the foundation has awarded 58 scholarships totaling $72,500.
The foundation encourages all alumni to invest in the community graduates, which invests in the community’s future.
The board consists of 12 alumni from Atlantic High School. Officers elected include; President C.J., Heithoff, Vice-President, Ted Robinson, Secretary, Deb Schuler, Treasurer, Mark Smith. Executive Directors Kathy Baragary and Linda Robinson. Directors; J.C. Van Ginkel, Mike Henningsen, Cathy Hansen, Mark Mcnees, Alan Zellmer, and Denise Masker.
