(Ames, IA) — The Iowa State Patrol says one person is dead after a tow truck and S-U-V collided on Interstate 35 in rural Hamilton County. State troopers say a tow truck driven by Anthony Nessa of Webster City was rear-ended by an S-U-V driven by 58-year-old James Berget of Williams north of Ames Wednesday night. A passenger in the S-U-V – 51-year-old Joanna Rizzo of Williams – was killed in the crash. The accident report shows Rizzo was not buckled up. Berget had minor injuries.
