(Pacific Junction) Three people were arrested on theft and drug charges in Mills County.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says Deputies were dispatched to the area of 195th Street and Ingraham Avenue near Pacific Junction at 11:10 p.m. on February 3rd for a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, Deputies located three male individuals near the residence identified as 44-year-old David Grund Jr. of Council Bluffs, 47-year-old Brian Anderson of Omaha, Nebraska, and 47-year-old David Anderson of Bellevue, Nebraska. All three were taken into custody on narcotic related offenses.
Deputies located and recovered a Kubota UTV and an industrial grade yard machine. The Kabota UTV and yard machine were later determined to be stolen out of Omaha, along with a trailer that was recovered in Mills County on February 4th.
David Anderson and Brian Anderson are being held at the Mills County Jail on $11,000 bond for Theft 1st Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Grund bonded out of jail and has an active warrant for his arrest out of Mills County for Theft 1st Degree.
