(Coralville) The Iowa Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association Girls State Tournament is on the move. The tourney is heading into its third year and will have a change of venue.
According to reports, the 2021 event will take place in Coralville at Xtream Arena. Xtream Arena is a 5,100 seat facility set to open in August of this year.
Waverly-Shell Rock hosted the competition in each of the last two seasons. Participation was sharply higher in 2019 compared to 2018.
