Trojans To Host Regional Tennis Tournament

On Tuesday, the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union announced the Regional Tennis assignments and Atlantic will be the host school in Region 1. On Wednesday September 23, Atlantic will host Class 1A singles and doubles regional competition with the following schools coming: Bishop Heelan, Clarinda, Glenwood, Kuemper Catholic, Red Oak, Shenandoah, Southwest Valley and St. Albert.

Audubon will be in Class 1A Region 2 in Boone with Ballard, Carroll, Creston, Nevada, North Polk, Webster City and Winterset.

Harlan will be in Class 1A Region in Sgt. Bluff with Cherokee, Denison-Schleswig, Estherville Lincoln Central, Le Mars, Spencer, Spirit Lake and Storm Lake.

The state meet will be October 7-8 — Class 1A at Waukee Northwest and Class 2A at Waterloo.
