(Fort Dodge, IA) — Riley Miller of Exira EHK Audubon was named to the Class 1A State Softball All Tournament team which was announced after the 1A State Championship on Friday afternoon.
During the four games that the Spartans played in Fort Dodge, Miller was 5 for 11 for a .455 average with a Home Run and 6 RBI. Pitching, Miller was 2-2 with a 4.20 ERA with 22 strikeouts.
Exira EHK Audubon lost twice to Edgewood Colesburg and beat West Monona and Southeast Warren to finish in the top four teams in Class 1A.
Clarksville defeated Edgewood Colesburg 5-2 in the championship game to go back-to-back.
