(Lewis) The Iowa Department of Natural Resources will release a mobile-friendly fishing atlas on May 14.
John Lorenzen, fisheries biologist for the DNR Office in Lewis, says the updates will include improved search features to help anglers plan fishing trips, as well as more information on access points, amenities, and fish species.
Lorenzen says the fishing atlas has numerous features to help people locate places to fish.
