Man Wanted in Nebraska Arrested in Montgomery County

(Red Oak) A Nebraska man is in custody in Montgomery County.

Late Saturday night, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old John William Fritz, of Wymore, Nebraska, for being a fugitive from justice.

According to the press release, Fritz had warrants out of Jefferson County, Nebraska, for 3rd-degree sexual assault/child, and sexual assault without consent 3rd-degree.

Deputies transported Fritz to Montgomery County Jail and held him without bond.
