(Creston) The Creston Police Department released its latest arrest report, covering December 31 to January 1. The Police report includes one burglary, two thefts, two OWI arrests, one criminal conduct, and other charges.
On December 31, Creston Police arrested 38-year-old Amanda Kay Sauer of Creston at her residence for 3rd degree burglary. She was cited and released. Police also arrested 52-year-old Jason Allan Lohoff of Creston at Adams and Sumner Streets for nine counts of 5th-degree theft. Lohoff was taken to the Union County Jail, where he posted the $2,700 cash or surety bond and was released.
On January 1, Creston Police arrested 19-year-old Tanner James Richardson of Creston at 600 S. Bureau Street for reckless driving, driving with a suspended driver’s license, and OWI. Richardson was taken to the Union County Jail, where he posted 10 percent of the $1,300 bond. Additionally, the police arrested 31-year-old Austin Allan Jones of Creston at 803 Laurel Street for two counts of violating a no-contact order, 2nd-degree theft, 1st-degree theft, and ongoing criminal conduct. Jones was taken to the Union County Jail and held without bond pending an appearance before a Judge. Police also arrested 33-year-old Jordan Renee Humphreys of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street for having an animal at large. Humphreys was cited and released on a Promise to Appear. And Creston Police arrested 18-year-old Wyatt Gary Lee Wheeler of Lorimor, Iowa, at Highway 34 and Osage for OWI, 1st Offense. Wheeler was taken to the Union County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
