(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported four arrests.
Tyler Lee Crawley, 37, of Cumberland, was arrested on October 2nd for Interference with Official Acts. Crawley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released with a guilty plea.
James Scott Devoll, 54, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on October 2nd on the charge of Possession of Controlled Substance. Devoll was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Renson Berdon, 34, of Atlantic, was arrested on October 2nd for Public Intoxication. Berdon was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
Nathan Charles Peterson, 45, of Herman, Nebraska, was arrested on October 4th for Possession of Controlled Substance. Peterson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released with a guilty plea.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
