A Celebration of Life Service for 76-year-old Franklin “Frank” Nelson will be held at Trinity Lutheran Fellowship Hall in Avoca, on Tuesday, December 10, at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at the Graceland Cemetery in Avoca. Family will greet friends on Monday December 9, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca.
