Mills County Sheriff’s Office Reports Multiple Arrests, Including Burglary and Sexual Abuse Charges

(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests over the past week.

Damian Lee Mutchler, 25, of Shenandoah, was arrested on June 1^st for three counts of Child Endangerment. Bond was set at $6,000.

Ruth Kristine Burns, 61, of Red Oak, was arrested on June 1^st for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $1,000.

Thomas Jason Riemer, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on June 1^st for OWI 1^st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Nicholas Adam Baker, 40, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on June 3^rd for Failure to Appear.

Bragun Michael Michaelsen, 32, of Pacific Junction, was arrested on June 3^rd for Burglary 3^rd Degree, three counts of Theft 1^st Degree, Criminal Mischief, and Ongoing Criminal Conduct. Total bond was set at $80,000.

Patrick Clayton Giesting, 32, of Glenwood, was arrested on June 4^th for Theft 2^nd Degree. Bond was set at $5,000.

Dusty Len Erickson, 45, of Glenwood, was arrested on June 6^th for Sexual Abuse and three counts of Lascivious Acts with a Child. Bond was set at $55,000.

Martaves Deshone Keys, 21, of Des Moines, was arrested on June 6^th for Assault with Bodily Injury and Going Armed with Intent. Bond was set at $6,000.

Austin Tyler Allison, 21, of Des Moines, was arrested on June 6^th for Assault – Display Dangerous Weapon, and Ineligible to Carry Weapon. Bond was set at $2,000.

William Joseph Wilcoxon, 69, of Clarinda, was arrested on June 7^th for Harassment 3^rd Degree.

Courtney Jo Vcelik, 39, of Lincoln, was arrested on June 7^th for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000.
