(Des Moines) James Scott Hoffman, convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree and other charges in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines Reentry Center as required yesterday. Hoffman is a 66-year-old white male, height 5’10”, and weighs 197 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on May 12, 2023.
