(Creston) Creston Police arrested 38-year-old Joseph John Leatherby, of Osceola, Iowa, at 302 N. Pine Street on a charge of 2nd – degree Criminal Mischief out of Dallas County. Officers transported Leatherby to the Union County Jail for holding. The West Des Moines Police Department transported Leatherby back to Dallas County.
