Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Jasmine Marie-Diamond Saunders, 30, was arrested on February 25^th after Deputies were called to exit 34 of I-80 eastbound regarding a vehicle in the roadway. The driver appeared to be asleep at the wheel. The Deputy arrived on scene at 4:24 a.m. and observed that the engine was still running and the operator had the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. An OWI investigation was conducted and Saunders was placed under arrest for OWI 1^st Offense and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Canceled or Revoked.

Anthony Joseph Moreno, 39, an inmate at the jail, was charged on February 27^th with Possession of Contraband on/in Grounds of a Correctional Facility.

Jeffery Lee Harris Jr., 29, was arrested February 25^th on a warrant for Criminal Mischief 2^nd.

Zachary Dean Sindt, 25, was arrested on February 27^th on a warrant from another agency.
