(Shelby Co.) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports seven arrests between February 3rd and February 10th.
Kimberly Ann Thomas, 59, of Harlan, was arrested on February 3rd and transported to the Shelby County Jail after a search warrant was executed. Thomas was charged with Controlled Substance Violation, Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Offense, Failure to Affix Drug Stamp, Prohibited Acts, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Jessica Erin Cowlthorp, 38, of Harlan, was arrested February 4th on an active Shelby County Warrant and charged with Child Endangerment.
Jacob Patrick Sweeney, 28, of Harlan, was arrested February 4th on an active Shelby County Warrant and charged with Child Endangerment.
Zachary Thomas Scheffler,36, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on Umbrella Road on February 9th. Scheffler was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while license is suspended, Failure to Carry Registration Card, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, and Speeding.
Jhonatan Rueben Vasquez, 24, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested following a traffic stop at Highway 37 and Highway 59 on February 8th. Vasquez was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Prohibited Acts, Possession of a Controlled Substance, No Valid Driver’s License, and Speeding.
Robert Paul Joens, 28, of Exira, was arrested February 8th on an active Shelby County Warrant and transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving While Barred.
Dorothy Linn Yorgensen, 60, of Denison, was arrested following a traffic stop on Court Street on February 10th. Yorgensen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Failure to Provide Insurance, and Driving while License is Denied or Revoked.
