(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Allen Schoemann, 40, of Harlan, on Thursday for Violation of Custodial Order, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Harassment 3rd and Driving under Suspension. Schoemann was held on no bond.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Scott David Wilson, 32, of Oakland, on Thursday on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000.
