(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 58-year old Rogelio Hernandez following a traffic stop in the 200 block of W. Oak Street at 4:15 a.m. today in Red Oak. Officer’s charged Hernandez with driving while barred. Authorities transported Hernandez to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2,000 bond.
