Two OWI Arrests Reported in Cass County

(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two Operating While Intoxicated arrests.

Wade Allan Anderson, 63, of Griswold, was arrested on September 12th for OWI – 1st Offense. Anderson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.

Elvin Allen Shrimpton, 62, of Exira, was arrested on September 16th for OWI – 1st Offense. Shrimpton was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.

All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
