(Council Bluffs) The Hawkeye Ten Conference Girl’s Golf Tournament tees off at 9:00 a.m. this morning at Whispering Woods Golf Course in Council Bluffs.
Atlantic Head Coach Brooke Newell says her squad is ready to compete today.
Coach Newell mentions Kuemper, Catholic, Clarinda, Shenandoah, and Lewis Central as some of the favorites in the tournament.
Kuemper, Catholic, enters the tournament with an 18-hole average of 367.90, Lewis Central, 372.2, Clarinda, 389.7, and Shenandoah, 396.30.
Chloe Perfect of Lewis Central leads the individuals with an 18-hole average of 76.97, Taylor Rasmussen of Clarinda, 81.30, Adalyn Beiter of Kuemper, 85.73, and Sarah Pickens of Shenandoah, 89.95.
Chloe Perfect’s best outing is 73, and Taylor Rasmussen’s is 78.
