(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released its’ latest arrest report from April 30 through May 7.
*On May 1, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian Lee Carlson, 51, of Elk Horn, on charges of Driving While License Denied/Revoked-OWI and Possession of Marijuana – 1st Offense. Carlson was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and later released on bond.
*On May 4, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ricky Lee Roby, 70, of Lewis, on a Cass County warrant for Violation of Probation. Roby was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
*On May 4, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Daniel Albert Ward, 31, of Atlantic, on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Theft in the 2nd Degree involving more than $1,500 but less than $10,000. Ward was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
*On May 5, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kristopher Dale Grashorn, 36, of Adair, on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Sex Offender Registration Violation – 2nd or Subsequent Offense. Grashorn was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and later released on bond.
