(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports that 41-year-old Randon Phelps, of Red Oak, was issued a court summons following a traffic stop at 2nd Avenue and West 3rd Street in Red Oak at 12:12 a.m. Phelps was charged with unlawful possession of prescription pills.
The Red Oak Police Department also reports the arrest of 26-year-old Chloe Ann Milner, of Red Oak, on Tuesday in the 100 block of North 2nd Street. Milner was charged with violation of a no-contact order. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
