Creston Police Report

(Creston) Creston Police reported two arrests on Tuesday.

Police arrested 42-year-old David Junior Richman of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street for possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers cited and released him on a Promise to Appear.

Police arrested 42-year-old Keenan Russell Elwood of Creston at that exact location for 5th–degree theft. Officers transported Elwood to the Union County Jail.
