Atlantic Police Report

(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department reports eight arrests and one citation between February 25th and March 6th.

MJ Williams, 26, of Atlantic, was arrested February 25^th for Operating While Under the Influence 1^st.

Ashely Fuentes, 31, and Derrick Behlers, 31, both of Atlantic, was each arrested March 1^st for Theft 5^th (shoplifting).

Brandon Pahl, 32, of Atlantic, was arrested March 2^nd for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and on a Cass County warrant for Theft 2^nd Degree (bad checks).

Renson Berdon, 29, of Atlantic, was arrested March 3^rd for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Mark Shaver, 38, of Anderson, California, was arrested March 4^th for Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations (two counts) and Interference with Official Acts.

Kyle Gehling, 21, of Atlantic, was arrested March 5^th on a Cass County warrant for Violation of Probation and Operating While Under the Influence 1^st Offense.

Christina Burnsworth, 40, of Atlantic, turned herself in on March 6^th on a Cass County warrant for Theft 5^th.

All individuals were booked into the Cass County Jail.

Christopher Castillo, 35, of Atlantic, was cited into court and released on March 3^rd for Driving While Barred.
