Shenandoah man injured in a car vs deer accident

(Mills Co.) A Shenandoah man was injured in a single-vehicle accident this morning.

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says James Prudhome, 49, was driving a 2008 Chrysler westbound in the right-hand lane of Highway 34 near the eight-mile marker when a deer crossed the roadway and the Chrysler struck the deer.

Prudhome was transported to Jennie Edmundson Hospital by Glenwood Rescue
