(Creston) Creston Police report three arrests and one incident from March 2 through March 6.
On Friday, Creston Police arrested 20-year old Elyice Bolin Stow of Creston at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for Sex Abuse 3rd Degree, a Class C Felony. Stow is being held in the Adams County Jail on $10,000 cash-only bond.
On Saturday, Police arrested 31-year old James F. Randolph of Ohio at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for Failure To Appear on an original charge of Disorderly Conduct-loud raucous noise and Interference with Official Acts. Randolph is held in the Union County Jail on $2600 cash or surety bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 36-year old Douglas Edward Woodward; of Creston at Lakeshore Drive and Mckinley Park. Officers charged Woodward with Domestic Abuse Assault and Disorderly Conduct-Fighting/Violent Behavior. Woodward is being held in the Adams County Jail on no bond until his appearance in front of a Magistrate Judge.
Lindsay Adamson of Creston reported to Police sometime between 7:00 p.m. on March 1, 2022, and 7:00 a.m. on March 2; someone stole a Christmas light projector from her yard. Loss estimated $25.
