(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sean Eugene Hicks, 45, of Emerson, on Thursday on a warrant for Ongoing Criminal Conduct. Bond was set at $30,000.
Yasmeen Mostafa Mahmood, 36, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $7,500.
Jason Paul White, 39, of Hamburg, was arrested Tuesday for Driving while Barred. Bond was set at $2,000.
