(Shelby Co.) A Shelby woman was arrested February 18th on drug charges after Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence in Shelby.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office says Elizabeth Mae Christensen, 50, was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Use of Minor in Drug Trade, Conspiracy to Deliver Controlled Substance to a Minor, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 3rd or Subsequent Offense (2 Counts), Gathering where Marijuana is used, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Sheriff’s Office also reports James Isaiah Donevly McFarland, 32, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 44 and M47 on February 21st. McFarland was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Open Container, Prohibited Acts Penalties, and Possession of Controlled Substance, and Providing False Identification Information.
Emmanuel Alexis Mejia, 22, of Denison, was arrested February 22nd on an active warrant out of Shelby County. Mejia was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while license was suspended.
Dustin Allen Schnepel, 31, of Underwood, was arrested following a call for service at a rural Shelby County address on February 27th. Schnepel was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 1st offense.
Christopher Sloan Gifford, 37, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on February 27th on 7th Street. Gifford was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st.
Norma Dawn Purscell, 39, of Avoca, was arrested following a call for service at a rural Shelby County residence on February 27th. Purscell was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 1st offense.
